Junior Business Analysts (FTC)

I am working with a rapidly growing law firm to find two Business Analysts to join their IT team on a fixed-term contract basis for some exciting projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone in the early stages of their BA career to upskill within a Professional Services environment. This role will help you grow professionally and serve as a great stepping stone in your career.

My client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and get stuck into the role, so you'll need to be confident in:

- Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
- Analysing current business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Developing and proposing solutions to improve business processes and achieve organisational goals.
- Creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring the timely delivery of milestones.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations managed.
- Collaborating with development and engineering teams to develop test plans, conduct testing, and validate solutions.

If you are looking to progress your career, utilise your skill set, and gain experience in a UK Top 100 Law Firm within an extremely talented team, get in contact with me!
